FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedic dentistry, and is intended for stabilization of teeth mobility and dental restoration. Involves professional oral hygiene in patient with periodontal disease. Optical impression of the patient's dental clinical situation is recieved, then impression is recognised by means of CAD/CAM system software program. Tooth brace is simulated based on recieved image, which is located on the lingual or palatal surfaces of all teeth with mobility in vestibulooral or mediodistal direction overlapping at 2 mm clinical equators of teeth so that the lower boundary passes along the gum border. Teeth with mobility in two or more directions, brace is located in vestibular surface repeating crown morphology of natural tooth, and has thickness of 0.5 mm. Tooth brace modelled by means of software is milled from a monolithic block made of zirconium oxide. Brace vestibular surfaces are individualised for available teeth by applying ceramic mass and dyes with subsequent enamelling and fixed in the patient's oral cavity using dental cement of double hardening.EFFECT: method due to manufacture and use of the adhesive dental brace containing artificial crown elements of the most movable teeth enables to stabilise movable teeth, as well as compensate teeth defects in case of teeth removal with mobility in two or more directions.1 cl, 1 dwg |
