FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions for production of rigid polyurethane foam, which is used as insulating material in various industries and obtained by casting or by spraying on high and low pressure machines. Compositions for rigid polyurethane foams obtained by casting, comprise a mixture of polyether and polyester polyols, catalysts, blowing agents, flame retardant, foam regulator, water, monomeric additive and a polyisocyanate component, where catalysts used are urethane-formation catalyst - dimethylethanolamine and cocatalyst - dimethylbenzylamine or urethane-formation catalyst - dimethylethanolamine and polycyclotrimerisation catalyst - 1,3,5-tris(3-dimethylamino)propyl-hexahydro-s-triazine. Compositions for rigid polyurethane foams obtained by spraying, catalysts used are urethane-formation catalyst - dimethylethanolamine catalyst and polycyclotrimerisation catalyst - 1,3,5-tris(3-dimethylamino)propyl-hexahydro-s-triazine. Foaming agent used for composition is a mixture of 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluorobutane and 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptafluoropropane.EFFECT: technical result is reducing concentration of ozone-friendly blowing agents used to produce rigid polyurethane foams, a temporary increase in “corridor” of technological samples and creation of compositions from start time from 20 to 70 seconds for casting systems, improved fire resistance and thermal parameters of polyurethane foam for sputtering systems.4 cl, 3 tbl, 3 ex |
