摘要 FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for accurate measurement of end of rotor wear during operation. Apparatus has a rotor which is mechanically connected to a stator, a radiation source whose output is optically connected to input of an optical unit, two lenses whose outputs are optically connected to inputs of corresponding photodetectors, whose outputs are connected to corresponding inputs of a differential amplifier, whose output is connected to input of a pulse voltmeter. Two marks of equal size are made on rotor in form of strips with reflection coefficient different from that of rotor. First mark is made on edge of rotor and second mark is shifted along axis of rotation of rotor. Outputs of optical system through first and second marks are optically connected to inputs of corresponding lenses, wherein disclosed apparatus includes an amplifier, two analogue-to-digital converters and a microprocessor.EFFECT: technical result is improved accuracy of measurement.1 cl, 1 dwg
