FIELD: bioengineering.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to gene engineering, overall to transgenic structures, transgenic animals, that differ from human, to method of quantitative analysis of GPCR ligands activation non-invasive in the intact animals, tissue sections or in intact cells using the transgenic model containing system of bioluminescent reporter transgene, that is sensitive to the tracts modulation after the ligand binding with GPCR receptors.
