FIELD: oil industry.SUBSTANCE: method relates to operation of process equipment used in extraction and processing of oil and gas. Method includes correcting technical condition of elements thereof - repair, replacement, taking into account risk of harm from failure thereof - and comprises periodic diagnosis of definition of calculated values of size of residual life of equipment items before moving them to limit state and according to values of residual resource assess levels probability and risk of failure in operation of said elements, then carrying out appropriate levels of risk of failure of work on correcting their technical condition, level of probability of failure is determined based on established level of quality in operation of component - volume of work and number of controls in diagnosis, calculated value of residual life and standard period of operation of said equipment between diagnosis and level of risk of failure in operation of equipment elements is determined on basis of specified levels of probability and severity of consequences of failure thereof.EFFECT: technical result is possibility of determining level of probability and risk of failure in operation of elements of process equipment.1 cl, 3 dwg, 7 tbl |
