FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of bitumen-polymer construction and waterproofing materials used for waterproof protecting concrete, brick, elevated and underground constructions and can be used in civil, airfield and road construction for filling joints and cracks, road pavements and structures. Compound contains road bitumen, divinyl-styrene thermoplastic elastomer, plasticizing agent - industrial oil, rubber crumbs, as mineral filler - disperse schungite and nanomodifier in form of a single-wall or multi-wall carbon nanotubes, with the following ratio of components, WT%: nanomodifier - 1·10-6·10, industrial oil - 2-9.4, thermoelastoplast - 2.5-3.5, rubber crumbs - 3-5, filler - 7, bitumen - the rest. Method for preparation of mastic includes heating of bitumen up to 160 °C, adding while stirring constantly polymer and rubber crumb until complete dissolution of polymer, followed by mixing with mineral filler until smooth mastic. Additionally during heating bitumen is modified plasticiser, by introduction of a nanomodifier and ultrasonic dispersion of the obtained solution, after which the nanomodified plasticizer is introduced into heated bitumen together with polymer and rubber crumb.EFFECT: result is upgraded thermo resistance of composition, extensibility and elasticity.2 cl, 2 tbl |
