FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions includes a unit for use with an image forming device, as well as an image forming device for forming an image on recording material. The unit for use with an image forming device comprises a developing agent accommodating section formed by a base for accommodating a developing agent, a sheet element provided on the base, which is in contact with a rotating element, for preventing leakage of the developing agent from the interval between said developing agent accommodating section and the rotating element, and a polymer element for attaching said sheet element to the base, wherein said polymer element is formed on the base by pressure-moulding a polymer material and is attached to said sheet element by welding.EFFECT: providing an image forming device and a unit which can position a sheet element on a base with high accuracy.16 cl, 39 dwg |
