The device (1) comprises two converting modules (5, 6) with identical number of half-bridge circuits (7) and the number of bridge levelling modules (14.1, 14.2, 14.3) matching with the number of half-bridge circuits (7) in the converting module (5, 6), and a control unit (12) to control converting modules (5, 6).
