FIELD: textiles, paper.SUBSTANCE: textile composite consists of a synthetic nonwoven web containing 5-10 wt % of carbon fibre, and electrically conductive fabric made with huckaback weave, with the surface density of the nonwoven web and the fabric within 175-300 g/m, and the ratio of their thickness equal respectively to (4-6):(0.44-0.56).
