It comprises the silencer insert (15) arranged in the case (2) and provided with at least one waste gas intake pipe (8) and at least one waste gas discharge pipe (10). Shell (3) is segmented in peripheral direction (5) and comprises at least one shell segment (11, 12). Said shell comprises at least one bore (7, 9) to house at least one pipe (8, 10).
