FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental gynaecology, and concerns simulating chronic inflammation of endometrium. For this purpose, rat in utricular corn is injected with 0.1 ml of auto feces suspension. Suspension is obtained by mixing auto feces with physiologic saline in proportion 1:10 and double filtration mixture through gauze sterile material. Starting with third day after surgery is performed during 7 days antibacterial therapy with wide spectrum of action.
