FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in tooth gears containing gear clusters. Gear cluster mainly lubricated with consistent lubricant comprises several gear rims with solids of different diameter located on one common hub, with one working and several technological grooves between them. Annular inserts are mounted in the technological grooves filling the internal volume of the grooves. Inserts' outer diameters are equal to the diameters of circumferences of tops of the gear rims for which the grooves are made; the external profiles are identical to the profiles of the gear rims.EFFECT: higher operational characteristics of gear clusters.1 cl, 1 dwg |
