FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention is a method of culturing lemon in vitro, which consists in the fact that the sterile axillary buds are preliminary cultured until occurrence of microshoots on the nutrient medium MS supplemented with BAP 0.1 mg/l, NUK 0.5 mg/L, agar 0.7 %, then meristems of size of 0.4-0.6 mm with 2-3 primordia are isolated from them, and they are grafted for rootstock grown in vitro on WPM medium, supplemented with BAP 1 mg/l, GC 2 mg/l, agar 0.7 %, the micro-grafted plants are cultured on WPM medium supplemented with BAP 1 mg/l, GC 2 mg/l, agar 7 g/l, sucrose 20 g/l.EFFECT: invention enables to maintain in the collection in vitro the valuable genotypes of citrus crops with a high degree of genetic stability and uniformity of plant material.3 tbl |
