FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: unit contains a casing, in which centring and sealing bushings, a sleeve and a piston-peen are installed, they create in the casing a working and idle run chamber, as well as HP and LP hydraulic accumulators. The working run chamber is periodically connected via a sliding spool valve with the discharge main line or with a LP hydraulic accumulator that in its turn is connected with the drain main line. The idle run chamber is permanently connected with a HP hydraulic accumulator and with the discharge main line. On the peen piston a compression ring is installed. Between the centring and sealing bushings drain chambers and channels are made. In the sleeve wall a start channel is made, it via the valve connects the working run chamber with the discharge main line. Hydraulic resistance and probability of liquid leaks between the chambers are reduced.EFFECT: ensured start of the unit at any position of the piston-peen.2 cl, 1 dwg |
