METHOD OF TREATING FRACTURES IN CHILDREN WITH DELAYED UNION

FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to traumatology, and can be used in treating fractures in children with delayed union. Method incudes alternation mud applications with “Tereklit” clay and magnetic therapy for 8-15 minutes. “Terekli” clay is heated to a temperature of 36-42°C, and child is placed on collar zone, along spine and nearby joints to point of fracture. Magnetic therapy is performed with induction of 15-50 mT. Inductors are arranged in transverse position within fracture. Therapeutic course is 10-15 procedures.EFFECT: method enables to reduce length of fracture union, quickly restoring work capacity due to combination of pelotherapy Tereklit mud and magnetic therapy.1 cl, 1 dwg
