A preparation of the Streptococcus pneumoniae vaccine contains a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, first polypeptide being at least 90% identical to an amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 9 or SEQ ID NO: 21, or immunogenic fragment of the above sequence, and a second polypeptide being at least 90% identical to an amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 10 or SEQ ID NO: 20 or immunogenic fragment of the above sequence.
