The present invention relates to a location measurement system of an object and a method thereof. The system comprises: an image collecting unit configured to photograph a transferred object to generate at least one image; a spot extracting unit configured to extract measurement locations with respect to at least three specific spots formed in the object from the image; a reference storage unit configured to store a reference location with respect to at least three specific spots formed in the object; an error calculating unit configured to compare the measurement locations with respect to the specific spots with the reference location to calculate a measurement error; and a location finding unit configured to find a current location of the object by using the measurement locations through the measurement error.
