Provided is an adhesive composition for a touch panel, comprising an acrylic resin formed by polymerizing a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer and an acid monomer, and having glass transition temperature of the acrylic resin of -35°C to -5°C. Provided is an adhesive film comprising an adhesive layer which is a cured material of the adhesive composition for a touch panel. Provided is a touch panel comprising a conductive plastic film in which a conductive layer is formed on one side; and an adhesive layer attached to the conductive layer, and including a cured material of the adhesive composition for the touch panel. Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is the adhesive composition for a touch panel, which is resistant to external impacts such as pressing and denting in terms of shape, and has excellent reliability.
