The present invention relates to a photocatalytic ball and an air cleaning system performing dust collecting, deodorization, and antimicrobial function to air by using photocatalytic reaction of ultraviolet ray. The present invention relates to a photocatalytic ball filter including a cast body (12) defining an appearance of the filter; a plurality of titanium oxide (TiO_2) coated balls contained in the cast body (12); and a cover (18) to cover the cast body to prevent the titanium oxide coated balls inside of the cast body from being released from the filter, wherein a partition (14) is formed in the cast body; the partition divides and forms a plurality of ball receiving space (16); and the ball receiving space (16) receives a plurality of titanium oxide coated balls. Also, the present invention relates to an air cleaning system including: an air intake (52) where the air flows in and an air vent (54) where the air flows out; a photocatalytic fiber filter (30) which is deposited between the air intake and air vent more closely to the air intake and coated with titanium oxide; the photocatalytic ball filter (10) which is deposited between the air intake and air vent more closely to the air vent; and a ultraviolet ray-irradiating unit (40) which is deposited between the filters and irradiates ultraviolet ray to the filter.
