The present invention relates to a solid acid catalyst for preparing monosaccharides, a preparation method of monosaccharides from seaweed using the same, and monosaccharides obtained therefrom. More particularly, the preparation method of the present invention comprises a step of having a reaction between agarose with a solid acid catalyst, and can prepare monosccharides using a low-cost and simple process. |
