According to the present invention, an apparatus to measure a service life of a halogen lamp comprises: a probe (110) and a main body (130). An LED light source (113) of the probe (110) irradiates a glass bulb of a halogen lamp with light. An illuminance sensor (115) of the probe (110) measures an illuminance value of the light passing through the glass bulb (50) of the halogen lamp. A controller (131) of the main body measures the service life of the lamp using the illuminance value received from the illuminance sensor (115), and displays the measurement results in a display part (137) to inform a user whether the replacement of the lamp is required.
