The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for measuring insulation resistance by using selective switching. The apparatus according to an embodiment of the present specification comprises: at least one first distribution resistor which is connected to one terminal of a battery in series; a voltage measurement circuit which has a measurement element, and measures voltage between both ends of measurement element; first and second switches which are connected between the first distribution resistor and the voltage measurement circuit; a first capacitor of which one side is connected between the first and second switches in parallel and the other side is connected to the ground; and a control unit which turns on the first and second switches to block noise flowing in from one side terminal of the battery through the first capacitor, and controls the voltage measurement circuit to measure the first voltage to measure insulation resistance. |
