The invention discloses a primer group. The primer group comprises at least two pairs of fourteen primers selected from SEQ ID NO. 1-28. The primer group can be respectively specifically bound with different types of HPV, and can be used for amplification to obtain various different types of HPV complete genome sequences. The invention further discloses use of the primer group, a kit, use of the kit and a method for obtaining an HPV whole-genome sequence. |
