The invention relates to an escapement mechanism for a watch movement. The escapement mechanism (3) for the watch movement includes a pallet lever (7) with a fork (13), and a roller device (4) with an impulse-pin coupled to a balance (2). The fork includes a first horn (19) and a second horn (21). The impulse-pin includes a first cam portion (12) configured to engage an engagement surface (23) of the first horn, and a second cam portion (14) configured to engage an engagement surface (25) of the second horn. Part of engagement in contact with the cam surface portions comprises a non-planar geometric profile. |
