The invention discloses a video signal and audio signal transmission and synthesis method, system and device, which are used for solving the problem that the existing video signals and audio signals are asynchronous to influence the use of users. According to the video signal and audio signal transmission and synthesis method, by adding synchronous signals to received video signals and audio signals sent by remote users through different terminals and merging the audio signals and the video signals according to the synchronous signals in the merging process, the video signals and the audio signals, which are received at the same moment, can have same synchronous signals; and in the merging process, the video signals and the audio signals can be merged according to the synchronous signals to ensure the synchronization of the subsequently-merged video signals and the audio signals in a video/audio file, and therefore the use demand of the user is satisfied.
