An objective of the present invention is to provide an engine system having two cooling loops which can stably cool recirculating exhaust gas and prevent damage to an EGR cooler installed to cool the recirculating exhaust gas. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the engine system having two cooling loops comprises: a first cooling water loop wherein first cooling water circulates an engine and a first radiator; a second cooling water loop wherein second cooling water circulates a water-cooling intercooler and a second radiator; a first branch line branching from one side of the first cooling water loop; a second branch line branching from one side of the second cooling water loop; a merging line wherein the first branch line and the second branch line are merged to allow the first cooling water and the second cooling water to mix with each other and flow therein to merge into the first cooling water loop and the second cooling water loop; a temperature adjustment valve to control a flow of the first and the second cooling water flowing in the first and the second branch line and to control a temperature of mixed cooling water flowing in the merging line; and a mixed cooling water line which allows the mixed cooling water of the first and the second cooling water to flow therein through the temperature adjustment valve, and merges into the first cooling water loop and the second cooling water loop. |
