The purpose of the present invention is to simulate different in-cell reactions related to life cycle of a cell. To this end, according to the present invention, an in-cell reaction simulation device comprises: a database including cell-related information to generate a cell model; a model generation module to generate the cell model by receiving the cell-related information from the database; an expression module configured to form a numerical model to perform protein quantification by receiving the cell-related information from the database; and a simulation module configured to allocate at least one cell reaction in the generated cell model to a computer for simulating the same. |
