The present invention relates to a position control assistance system and an offshore structure having the same. The position control assistance system comprises: a wind direction and velocity meter which outputs a wind direction and velocity sensing signal; a current flow direction and velocity meter which outputs a flow direction and velocity sensing signal; a position measuring instrument which outputs a position information signal of an offshore structure; an external force analyzing part which analyzes the influence of external force to be applied to the offshore structure and calculates a position correction value; a position correcting device which fixes drilling equipment of the offshore structure, or dynamically supports a structure connected to a path where the drilling equipment passes; and a control part which controls the operation of the position correcting device to maintain the vertical state of the drilling equipment on the basis of the position correction value. Therefore, the present invention maximizes the position control efficiency of the drilling equipment by enabling the previous position control of the drilling equipment through the position correcting device. |
