摘要 The present invention relates to a polyester composite yarn using a partial drawn yarn and having excellent flexibility and drapery properties, and a method for producing the same. The method comprises: a yarn providing step of providing a partial drawn yarn which is a side-by-side-type potential crimped yarn as a core yarn, and a polyester partial drawn yarn as an effective yarn, based on a polyester copolymer containing 1-30 mole% of neopentyl glycol (NPG) or a polyester copolymer containing 1-20 mole% of isophthalic acid (IPA) and 1-10 mole% of bisphenol A denatured body, and polyester having 0.4-0.55 dl/g low viscosity as a high density polyester copolymer having intrinsic viscosity (IV) of 0.6-0.85 dl/g; an extending step of extending the core yarn through a first heat roller; a heating step of simultaneously relaxing and heating the core yarn and effective yarn through a second heat roller; an interlacing step of synthesizing the relaxed and heated effective yarn and the core yarn through air-interlacing; and a winding step of winding an interlaced composite yarn.
