The present invention discloses a conductive thin-film cushion sheet for shielding electromagnetic waves, comprising: a first conductive sheet on which low-density polyethylene coats the surface of a base consisting of either polyester mesh or fabric, and a thin-film layer is formed by plating or depositing a mixture thin-film of copper and tin on the surface of a low-density polyethylene layer and on the back of the base, respectively; a conductive heat-radiating sheet attached to the back of the first conductive sheet; a first conductive adhesive for attaching the first conductive sheet to the conductive heat-radiating sheet; a second conductive sheet which is attached to the back of the conductive heat-radiating sheet, and on which low-density polyethylene coats the surface of a base consisting of either polyester mesh or fabric and a thin-film layer is formed by plating or depositing a mixture thin-film of copper and tin on the surface of the low-density polyethylene layer or on the back of the base, respectively; a second conductive adhesive for attaching the conductive heat-radiating sheet to the second conductive sheet; a cushion material which is attached to the back of the second conductive sheet and in which open cell-type micropores are uniformly distributed; a third conductive adhesive for attaching the second conductive sheet to the cushion material; and a conductive adhesive layer formed on the back of the cushion material. |
