PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a semiconductor device in the past that power consumption of an inverter gate circuit used as a comparator increases.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, a semiconductor device has an inverter gate circuit which inverts a logic level of an input signal to output the inverted signal. The inverter gate circuit includes a constant current source and a switch unit, which are series connected between first power supply wiring and second power supply wiring. Depending on a control signal, the switch unit switches real values of a gate length and a gate width of a switch transistor composed of a transistor out of a plurality of transistors, to which a current output by a constant current source is supplied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
