PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care article which can be worn on a hand or foot without difficulty.SOLUTION: The care article can cover an area from a finger through a wrist up to an arbitrary portion in accordance with expansion of an arm part, or can cover an area from a toe through an ankle up to an arbitrary portion in accordance with expansion of a leg part. The care article includes an opening comprising a dimension adjustment part on an edge opposite to a finger part. When a glove or sock is worn from the dimension adjustment part fitting individuals, the dimension of a periphery of an arm part or leg part matches the dimension adjustment part opening.
