Provided is a portable cleaner with which bulkiness of the motor case in the diametrical direction centered on the axis of the electric motor can be minimized. This portable cleaner is provided with a motor case (12) housing an electric motor (16), and a dust collection fan (25) located inside the motor case (12) and rotated by power from the electric motor (16); and has a motor holder (46) which supports the electric motor (16), and a protruding part (54) provided to the motor holder (46), the protruding part (54) engaging with the motor case (12) and being positioned at a location different than the dust collection fan (25) positioning location, in the direction of the axis (A1) of the electric motor (16). |
