The invention relates to a coating material for producing a barrier layer on plastic substrates, containing a hydroxy-functional binder component and an isocyanate-containing hardening component, said binder component comprising aqueous polymer dispersions containing polyphenylene ether or copolymerisates from fluorinated ethylene and vinyl ethers, glass hollow bodies, as well as inorganic fillers and/or inorganic pigments. Said coating material can be used in coating systems for priming plastic substrates, in particular interior components made of thermoplastic or plastic fibre composite materials. The invention also relates to a method for producing a barrier layer-containing coating. |
