Disclosed are an atomizer and an electronic cigarette having same. The atomizer comprises an oil storage assembly (1) and an atomization assembly (2); one end of the atomization assembly (2) is nested with the oil storage assembly (1) and is detachably connected thereto by rotation, and the other end of the atomization assembly is nested with a battery rod and is detachably connected thereto by rotation; and a receiving mechanism (11) is formed at the end part of the oil storage assembly (1) facing the atomization assembly (2), a stop mechanism directly facing the receiving mechanism (11) is arranged at the end part of the atomization assembly (2) facing the oil storage assembly (1), the receiving mechanism (11) and the stop mechanism together enclose a receiving space, and a stop member (10) is arranged in the receiving space. When the stop member (10) drops into the receiving mechanism (11) due to the action of gravity and is completely received therein, the atomization assembly (2) can rotate relative to the oil storage assembly (1) under the action of an external force so as to be detached; and when the stop member (10) drops into the stop mechanism under the action of gravity for locking, the stop member (10) is partially received in the receiving mechanism so as to restrict an occurrence of relative rotational motion between the oil storage assembly (1) and the atomization assembly (2), thereby avoiding dismounting the atomization assembly (2) and the oil storage assembly (1) by mistake. |
