Disclosed are a data transmission method and device. The method comprises: when a user equipment needs to send uplink data to a base station device, but the base station does not trigger uplink scheduling for to-be-sent data of the user equipment, the first solution is sending control information by using an uplink transmission resource, acquiring uplink scheduling information from the base station, and sending the uplink data to the base station by using the uplink scheduling information; and the second solution is sending the uplink data to the base station by using common uplink scheduling information configured by the base station. Therefore, an uplink data transmission process between a user equipment and a base station is simplified, the time delay of data transmission is reduced, and the system performance is improved. |
