The present invention provides a liquid crystal display device of a narrow bezel structure having a light guide plate which has excellent transparency and is difficult to be expanded by heat or moisture. The present invention relates to the liquid crystal display device of a narrow bezel structure having the light guide plate, which is made by dispersing inorganic particles in a transparent resin. The average particle diameter of inorganic particles of the light guide plate in the liquid crystal display device is 10 nm to 500 nm. In addition, an inorganic particle content of the transparent resin is 30 weight% or lower. The transparent resin is preferably a methacrylic resin and the inorganic particles are preferably silica particles. |
