The present invention relates to an engine performing CDA. The engine performing CDA comprises: a plurality of cylinders; a variable valve duration device mounted to at least one of the plurality of cylinders and performing in a long duration mode and a short duration mode of an intake valve of the corresponding cylinder; a CDA device mounted to at least any other one of the plurality of cylinders and performing in a normal operation mode and a CDA mode of an intake valve and an exhaust valve of the corresponding cylinder; and a controller controlling the variable valve duration device and the CDA device according to an operation state of the engine. The controller is controlled so that the variable valve duration device is operated in the short duration mode when the CDA device is operated in the CDA mode. |
