A lighting device for a motor vehicle interior, comprising at least: one light source suitable for emitting light rays for the lighting of the interior, a touch interface and sensor means for detecting a contact on the touch interface and generating a signal characteristic of this contact according to which the light source is controlled, and a mounting support for the touch interface in the vehicle, wherein the touch interface is mounted on the mounting support via the sensor means. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle comprising such a device for lighting its interior.
