The present invention provides scissors which take advantage of the spring characteristics of selected shearing material so that each blade thereof is able to conform in shape to the other blade in a manner shearing against the other blade and thereby cut along the other blade. The present invention relates to medical scissors which have a pair of handle parts with an upper blade and a lower blade being formed on the leading end parts thereof and gripping parts being formed on the other end parts, such that the upper blade and the lower blade open and close by the gripping parts being opened and closed about a fulcrum whereat the handle parts intersect, the upper blade and/or the lower blade being made from an alloy with an elastic deformability of 0.2% or more.
