The present invention relates to an enzyme complex for converting carbon monoxide into carbon dioxide, and specifically, to an enzyme complex containing a carbon monoxide dehydrogenase protein (CooS), a carbon monoxide binding heme protein (CooA), and small cellulose binding protein A (mCbpA), a method for producing the enzyme complex, and a method for converting carbon monoxide into carbon dioxide using the enzyme complex. The carbon monoxide converting enzyme complex according to the present invention has excellent activity to convert carbon monoxide into carbon dioxide and can secure stability due to the formation of the complex, and thus is useful for a process for removing a large quantity of carbon monoxide generated in factories or the like.
