A sensor device provided with: a detection device (21) for detecting a prescribed physical quantity and converting the physical quantity into a detection signal; a communication device (22) connected to a controller (3) by a first line (4a) and a second line (4b), the communication device performing reception from the controller and/or transmission to the controller by a differential transmission scheme, and transmitting the detection signal formed by the detection device on the basis of a request signal received from the controller; and a conductive shielding member (23) for covering the detection device and the communication device, a fixed potential being applied to the conductive shielding member. The conductive shielding member makes it possible to reduce the generation of radiation noise, and to simplify the structure of the sensor device. |
