The present invention relates to: a kit for measuring a titer of human Fc-fused protein, a humanized antibody, or a human antibody in human plasma or serum; and a method for measuring a titer of protein comprising human Fc in human plasma or serum using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a kit for measuring a titer in human plasma or serum of the human Fc-containing protein consisting of a specimen diluted solution, a zygocyte diluted solution, and a washing solution, used in the analysis through an indirect enzyme immunoassay; and a method for measuring a titer in human plasma or serum of the human Fc-containing protein using the same. |
