The present invention relates to a demander-customized automatic price variation type online shopping mall operating method and a system thereof and, more specifically, to a method and a system for operating an online shopping mall which allow prices to vary according to user properties and apply the varied prices to the online shopping mall. In order to accomplish this, the demander-customized automatic price variation type online shopping mall operating system comprises: a shopping mall server which includes a selling price determining system unit and a database including purchaser information and selling price criteria; and a seller terminal and a purchaser terminal which access the shopping mall server through the Internet network. The operating method includes: a step (S10) for inputting initial information to a shopping mall server by using the system and storing the initial information; a step (S20) for providing product information to purchasers; a step (S30) for setting and reflecting product prices to the shopping mall server; a step (S40) for notifying the product prices to the purchaser; a step (S50) for receiving product prices from the purchasers; a product price calculating step (S60); a product price comparing step (S70); and a purchase confirmation notifying step (S80). The operating method also includes a price adjusting step (S90).
