PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system that makes an operating noise of an injector hardly give a feeling of strangeness to an operator and the like, while properly discharging water, and a control method for the fuel cell system.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 1 includes: a fuel cell stack 10 that has an anode passage 12; an injector 33 that supplies hydrogen toward the anode passage 12 in a predetermined drive period by opening a valve; and an ECU 70 that controls the injector 33. The ECU 70 executes a valve opening time extension step of supplying the hydrogen by making valve opening time longer than the previous and following drive periods.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
