PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deposit amount management device and the like for managing money temporarily deposited by a general user so as to enable the user to pay for a fee via a network economically and simply using a portable phone and the like, even if the user has no bank account.SOLUTION: The present invention manages money temporarily deposited by a general user so as to enable the user to pay for a fee via a network, transfer money, receive prize money of a sweepstake and the like even if the user has no bank account. A deposit amount management device includes: a deposit amount storage part for storing a deposit amount of an individual user; a deposit amount management part for increasing or decreasing the deposit amount of the user in response to a request from a user terminal device, a shop terminal device, and an automatic teller machine; and a cash processing part for generating an account transfer request message, transmitting the message to a financial institution system, and causing the system to perform cashing processing, when cash is treated as a deposit amount and when the deposit amount is changed into cash.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
