PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device capable of manufacturing a high quality coated item of a uniform film thickness while ensuring high productivity while avoiding particles contained in a coating material from being crashed by pressure even when a wet coating material with no drying step is used.SOLUTION: A roll 11 which is used for supplying a coating material mixture 22 is formed with a surface layer 10 which is optimized to the hardness of the surface. With this, a high quality coated item 23 of a uniform film thickness while ensuring high productivity while avoiding particles contained in a coating material from being crashed by pressure even when a wet coating material with no drying step is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
