PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undershot wheel capable of obtaining strong rotational torque even in a running water area having a relatively small amount.SOLUTION: An undershot wheel is characterized such that a conveyor belt 40 including a running water receiving body 30 is installed between at least two rotors 20 installed in a base frame body 10. Each of the rotors installed at the front and rear sides of the base frame body is fixed by attaching a pair of rotary ring parts to both end part sides of a main shaft 21.
