PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element having oxide semiconductor fine particles sensitized with a highly practical organic dye, which can efficiently generate power in a wide wavelength region, and to provide an organic dye compound used for the same.SOLUTION: A triphenylamine-bound dibenzopyrromethene-based compound is represented by formula (1) below.
