The present invention relates to a display device preventing delamination of a layer covering a light shielding pattern by improving the adhesion of the light shielding pattern for preventing light from being emitted to an edge and being reflected. The display device comprises a substrate, the light shielding pattern and a polarizing plate. The substrate is divided into an active area and a dead area and has a pixel array on the active area of an inner surface thereof. The light shielding pattern is positioned in the dead area of a rear surface of the substrate and has the adhesion of 1000 gF / 25 mm or more with respect to the substrate. The polarizing plate is positioned on the rear surface of the substrate to cover the light shielding pattern and has an adhesion, which is smaller than an adhesion between the light shielding pattern and the substrate and is not less than the adhesion of 600 gF / 25 mm with respect to the light shielding pattern. |
